Tri-States Transgender Support Group

The Tri-States Transgender Support Group provides support, advocacy, education, and social opportunities for the transgender community in a safe and fun atmosphere. 

Open to the entire spectrum of the transgender community, including trans (FtM, MtF), nonbinary, intersex, two-spirit, genderqueer, etc., significant others of trans folks, and others interested in transgender issues.

Youth Alliance for Diversity

 YAD (Youth Alliance for Diversity) provides a safe environment that fosters education, socialization, and a sense of unity within the community.

Trans Affirm, Inc

Trans Affirm, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting trans and gender-diverse individuals across Idaho. We provide essential resources, advocacy, and education to ensure our community has access to gender-affirming care, support networks, and vital services. Through outreach events, direct aid, and partnerships, we strive to create a more inclusive and equitable future for all trans Idahoans!

Transition Wear:

We provide free or by donation transition wear, including binders, gaffs, bras, and other gender-affirming products to ensure trans and gender-diverse individuals have access to feel comfortable and confident. We size on the spot for binders and provide safety infomation to folks to ensure all products are used properly.

Support Groups:

We’re excited to announce a new professional support group series open to ALL gender diverse individuals across Idaho, hosted virtually so everyone can join—no matter where you are! Led by our incredible new board member Lee Stewart, LPC (they/them), these groups are offered free or by donation. Donations go directly to Lee or to Trans Affirm to keep this vital program running.

Group Schedule STARTING JUNE 2025:

• Youth (18 and under) — Every 1st Monday of the month, 4 PM–6 PM. Note for minors: Please make sure it’s safe for you to be “out” and attending. If not, email us for options.

• Adults (19+) — Every 3rd Monday of the month, 5 PM–7 PM.
